General Serrano (Current WIP)

I'm working on this character for the Victorian Fantasy setting of Oxorin (first developed through the Nightshade project). Inspired by Dungeons and Dragons and newer fantasy, Oxorin is my take on my passion for fantasy and storytelling. General Serrano is a magical powerhouse, while still dressing like a was general which he is.
